Builder Memory grows
Each completed and active project makes your history more useful for the next job.
No special template. Send the records your business already uses.
Each project makes the next analysis more useful.
One project gives you a clear view of that job. More projects build Builder Memory. Project Pulse keeps active jobs current along the way.
Every completed project can make the next Bivvit analysis more useful. Your identifiable project history remains private and under your control.

Common questions
- What does Bivvit analyze?
- Bivvit analyzes the construction and financial records builders already produce, including budgets, actual costs, loan information, project timelines, sales information, accounting reports, and other project records.
- Is Bivvit a construction management platform?
- No. Bivvit is not a project management app, scheduling tool, field system, or construction management platform. It analyzes project records and returns financial intelligence.
- Is Bivvit accounting or bookkeeping?
- No. Bivvit does not do bookkeeping, tax preparation, assurance work, or accounting-system replacement. It analyzes the records those systems already produce.
- What if my projects aren't identical?
- They don't have to be identical. Comparisons only need to make sense. Where differences in project type, size, site, scope, timing, or square-footage definitions make a comparison unreliable, Bivvit says so instead of forcing the numbers together.
- What if some documents are missing?
- Send what you have. Bivvit reviews what the records support and tells you what additional information would make the analysis stronger. Missing sources are disclosed in the report.
- Will Bivvit tell me why a cost went over?
- Bivvit establishes what changed and where. A variance can show that something moved without proving why it moved. Where the cause needs builder or project-team knowledge, Bivvit asks rather than guesses.
- Does Bivvit use AI?
- Yes. Bivvit is AI-native. AI helps classify project documents, extract information, normalize construction categories, reconcile records, compare budgets with actual outcomes, identify uncertainty, and prepare draft findings. Material findings are reviewed before delivery. Bivvit does not invent missing information or guess to appear certain.
- Do you share my information with lenders or other builders?
- No. Your identifiable project information isn’t shared with lenders or other builders without your permission.
Bivvit consumes records created by your existing workflows. It does not replace accounting, scheduling, field management, invoicing, or draw administration.
