How we use your information

Bivvit uses the information you provide to perform the services you request and maintain your private Bivvit project history so future reviews can use your prior results.

Bivvit uses the records you authorize to analyze your projects. It does not build your private financial history by guessing from public records.

Only send what is needed for the analysis you want. Adding more information should unlock a specific benefit — not simply give Bivvit more data.

Your bookkeeper, controller, office manager, or another authorized team member may send records on your behalf. You remain in control of what is shared.

Bivvit is AI-native. AI helps classify documents, extract and reconcile information, normalize construction categories, identify uncertainty, and prepare draft findings. Material findings are reviewed before delivery.

Bivvit does not sell your identifiable project information to lenders, competitors, marketers or data brokers.

Your history stays yours

Your identifiable project history is private to your business. It is not shared with lenders or other builders without your permission.

Aggregated or anonymized information may be used to improve Bivvit’s analysis and services in accordance with Bivvit’s privacy practices.

Sharing your report

The builder controls who receives a Bivvit report. Bivvit does not share identifiable project information with lenders, other builders, or outside parties unless you authorize it.

If you want your information or files removed, email hello@bivvit.com. We’ll review the request and remove information we no longer need to retain, subject to legal, operational and backup-record requirements.
